How can you prevent or treat arthritis

In terms of structure, collagen is the equivalent of steel in a building foundation. In the body of a person diagnosed with arthritis, type II collagen selectively destroys itself because of the fact that the body initiates an immune response against its own cartilage causing joint pain at all articular levels (hands, knees, hips, back). Articular cartilage is composed of a network of collagen fibers that contains specific molecules consisting of proteins and glycosaminoglycans which retain a large amount of water (more than 90%).

The cartilage consists of cells calledchondrocytes, which constantly renew substances that composeit.

When the number or activity of the chondrocytes is reduced and there is not enough collagen (the most abundant protein in the human body and an essential component of skin, bone, cartilage, blood vessels and numerous other tissues. It is an indispensable element for the health of the bones, skin, teeth and gums, but also plays a role in the internal and external wound healing process. Type II collagen is the most common form of collagen found in the body and is present especially in the articular cartilage) and glycosaminoglycans or when these substances are broken down by the activity of special enzymes, the balance between the formation and destruction of joint components is disturbed, and the cartilage transforms from a smooth, elastic structure to one rigid and irregular. This leads toseverely compromised movement and the emergence of joint dysfunction.

Studies carried outover the yearshave shownthat all components oftypeIIcollagenarein fact chondroprotectiveagents:
• They are resistant to attack by enzymes that destroy cartilage protein

• Stimulates the synthesis of new cartilage cells

• Stimulates the production of synovial fluid and efficient lubricant for joints

• Reprogram chondrocytes

• Have anti-inflammatory and pain modulator effect

Collagen type II is a safe method of treating arthritis and unlike other drugs that can cause bleeding, ulcers and other side effects that can be life-threatening, collagen has no side effects. Collagen type II contains a large number of glycoproteins with a high content of polysaccharides to support the joints. These glycoproteins help rebuild cartilage and increased concentrations of chondroitin sulfate A – a powerful anti-inflammatory compound that restores joint tissue.

Collagen type II is absorbed very quickly (at a rate of 70-90%) in contrast to other drugs specifically designed to treat this disease. For visible results, treatment should be followed as indicated in the prospectus for a minimum period of 3 months. Many people tend to discontinue after the first week because the symptoms disappear, but doctors found that compliance with treatment duration is required for installation of joint long-term beneficial effects.

Muvon® is a synergistic combination of collagen peptides, glucosamine and vitamin C (required for normal formation of collagen, helping to normal function of blood vessels , bones, cartilage, skin, teeth and gums) that helps maintain cartilage health and improve the flexibility of the joints.
