Procurement Specialist

What you’ll need to succeed

As Procurement Specialist you will oversee managing indirect goods for Romania. This means managing external suppliers and delivering innovative and competitive solutions to support the business continuity and to have the highest possible quality and service level while improving overall financial parameters (profit, cash flow etc.).

  • Check the accuracy of the information entered in the purchase invoices received.
  • Ensures Purchase to Payment process overview and implementation.
  • Provides with the necessary documents to internal and external customer, for product registration, customs operations, logistic operations.
  • Ensures correspondence with all partners (suppliers) of the company regarding the acquisition and logistical aspects.
  • Continuously monitors the movement of stocks of goods.
  • Prepares all related documents and required reports requested by direct manager and the Group.
  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and S&OP Manager to understand their needs and market demands, providing them with timely and relevant product information.
  • Supplier first point of contact for order management, credit notes and yearly forecasts in line with all enabling functions
  • Prepare performance analyze and participate on Business Review with suppliers
  • Estimate of Monthly and Quarterly supply situation and Supplier KPI management.
  • Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align supply with demand.
  • Project management: lead or participate in company’s projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Project management: follow up, analyze and optimize projects, including cross-functional.

Experience & Technical Knowledge

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In a Similar Role.

  • Experience in logistics, stock planning and project management would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in working with ERP or/and Material Requirement Planning systems would be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Windows Office, especially working with MS Excel, MS Power Point
  • Good planning and organizing skills with good attention to details.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
  • Self-organized, accountable, structured and target driven approach.
  • Very good in English language skills, spoken and written.
